COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Gtr Nissei G3LB-32-15-150 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Ao-Smith products, including obsoleted and phased-out Emerson parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Baldor product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Ao-Smith such as the E164 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DXE455W96010001A6 manufactured by Emerson and we are pleased to be able to service most Emerson systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature EM2564T4 by Manufacturer Baldor as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Dynatec Brand DYCOCP6B in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Pacific-Scientific such as F46GEBAR4NSNV00 equipment made by Pacific-Scientific have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Pacific-Scientific products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Pacific-Scientific" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available EJA00601 made by Nikon as well as the popular FMLM5120WGFB22 original spares produced by Oriental Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the EM2276T by Baldor and F46GEBAR4NSNV00 spares by Pacific-Scientific are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original F4030QH04AA Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Allen-Bradley. |
